Salmonella in dried eggs.

Dried eggs recalled for Salmonella contamination!
This is potentially very dangerous, but you MUST always treat your own fresh eggs and poultry as likely to be contaminated, not only with Salmonella, but also Campylobacter, and other bacteria.
COOK the food well, WASH your hands after handling raw foods, and WASH any equipment (knives, forks, spatulas, cutting boards, etc) that has come into contact with raw foods. AND, sanitize your counter tops afterwards with a disinfectant.
